1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AgentLeash platform ("Service") provided by TokenForm LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentLeash provides blockchain-authenticated dynamic authorization for AI agents. The Service includes token minting, permission management, agent verification, and related APIs.

3. Beta Program

The Service is currently in beta. During the beta period:

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty
Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
Data created during beta may not be preserved after general availability
Beta access is granted for a limited period (120 days from signup)

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your AI agents comply with applicable laws
Managing and revoking tokens when necessary

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass or circumvent token-based permissions
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Share API keys or tokens with unauthorized parties

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its technology, design, and documentation, is owned by TokenForm LLC. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenForm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your tokens will be revoked and access to the API will cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
